🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.(not for all products)

📦 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [your email address].

🚚 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a fulfillment error. If the return is due to our mistake, we’ll cover the shipping.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
